Wednesday the 4th of December 2013 I had gotten my Violet voxbox
Inside was a soyjoy, goody head band, sally hanson nail polish, and a goody hair brush. I noticed instantly that this wasn't really ME. Which I will explain after the mini product reviews
I am very grateful for being chosen to get these items and even review them, but I am telling the truth when I say that I shouldn't have gotten picked for THIS one. Simply because I'm not a on the go athletic person, which most of these items are for.
- Soy Joy Fruit bar in banana. It was pretty good, but I am not into fruit bars, however if you like fruit bars you will like this. I do not recommend this for someone who is like me, but for those who are on the go will love this. The calories is a little up there for a fruit bar I must say. At 130 calories.
- Goody athletique head band. I had tried this on and couldn't really work the style, I really don't pin my hair back to begin with, and the athletic type of headbands are not for me since I do not work out either, however this works if you put your hair in a pony tail and then wrap it around your head. Again, not for those who don't work out in my genuine opinion.
-Sally Hanson's tripple shine in 360 sparkling water. This does not do well on its on, so I suggest putting a base coat in purple, blue, and the blush green family. The sparkles are really lovely but the "tripple shine" name? I don't think it really shines. It glimmers from the shimmer in the polish, but thats about it. I don't have a complaint on this product, it's a very pretty color, put a base coat and it'll be very beautiful.
-Goody QuikStyle. I couldn't get a chance to actually try this out, and I don't think I really will, of course if I do I will update this section of the review, but to me it seems like a on the go type of hair brush, which again I am not a on the go person so this doesn't fit into my lifestyle, If you DO have a on the go lifestyle, pick this up. HOWEVER be aware that the maintenance for this is hectic in my opinion, as you have to wash it like you do your hair. (Water and shampoo)
That really concludes everything that was in this violet voxbox. I can't call it a violet voxbox as it had nothing to do with violet. I expected something in the purple and plum family, but NOPE. Nothing. I think they should have named it the "Fit and on the go" voxbox because that's basically everything in here. Besides the nail polish of course. But I can't complain as I did get this for free, but this is a review, and i have the right to be genuine.
